Our client, an established multi-billion dollar hedge fund, is actively looking to make an expansion hire for their growing middle office team in London. The firm has a multi-strategy approach and has grown significantly in recent years, with offices across the US, Europe, and Asia. They have a dynamic and collaborative office environment where you will gain excellent exposure across the workings of a successful hedge fund. The middle office team is lean and efficient and works closely with the execution desk. The firm has a track record of internal progression within the business, providing career opportunities for high performers to move into front office or other teams in the business. Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Trade Support/Middle Office role in either a hedge fund or investment bank. Strong knowledge of OTC & Rates trading products. Ability to work with cross-functional teams. There will be a highly attractive compensation package on offer, a hybrid working schedule, and exciting company socials.
