Nexus Resource Solutions are currently recruiting a trade qualified electrician for a thriving renewable energy solutions company based in Galashiels.
Due to continued success and a strong order book they require a trade qualified electrician to come onboard to help with installations around the Borders and Central Belt. This is a great opportunity for domestic electricians to transition into the renewables industry and work on all the latest energy saving products that will become the future of the energy industry.
The Role: You will be working within a small team carrying out installation and conversion works on domestic properties. The equipment you will be installing includes: Battery storage systems Inverters Air Source Heat Pumps Solar Candidates will be working around the Scottish Borders and the Central Belt, so flexibility and willingness to travel is necessary. Experience with renewables is advantageous but not essential. Candidates with a solid domestic background and a willingness to learn will also be considered. Qualification/Experience: 18th Edition Cert 4-year apprenticeship Domestic background Renewables experience desirable but not essential Driving licence essential Package/Hours: Up to £40k DOE Company van (Home use allowed) Mobile 28 days holiday 40hr week - Mon-Fri x1.3 OT during the week x1.5 OT at the weekends Nexus Resource Solutions LTD is acting as an employment business and an employment agency.
