I am delighted to be working with a leading commercial vehicles company, who due to expansion, are looking for a Parts Advisor person to join them on a permanent basis!
Working Hours:
8.30-5pm (training period)
9.00-5.30pm (after training)
Biweekly weekend work per rota (8.30-1pm)
The role:
Dealing with parts on the phone, face to face and by email.
Selling to existing and new customers, building relationships.
Fulfilling enquiries and orders from customers.
Maintaining an efficient stock control system.
Picking parts from warehouse.
Administrative duties, regarding parts ordering and returns.
About you:
Ability to work together in a team.
Good communication skills, both internally and externally, in a professional manner.
Self-motivated, proactive and able to use own initiative.
Full driving license.
