The difference you will make as Trade Supervisor. In this role you will be responsible for the supervision of a team of Trade operatives to ensure the efficient maintenance and repair of Riverside Group housing stock.
The role involves coordinating work schedules, supervising on-site activities, ensuring
compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining high -quality standards in all work performed.
The role will act as a key liaising between residents, contractors, planning team and the management teams.
About you We are looking for someone with:•
Proven experience in supervising and coordinating repairs and maintenance in a social housing or property management environment.•
Trade qualification in a relevant field (e.g plumbing, carpentry)•
Knowledge of building construction and maintenance,•
Experience working with contractors and managing performance against SLAs.•
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations•
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.•
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, contractors, and tenants.•
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Why Riverside?
