Top Tier Hedge Fund require a lead Risk PnL Trade Support Engineer to manage the production systems, including Risk PnL Applications, Trade Flow, Post-Trade, and Equity Volatility applications. Candidates will also handle software deployment and the management of the production environment. Additionally, there will be project work related to the applications they support, involving collaboration with global development teams, the QA team, Infrastructure Technology, and Portfolio Managers.

The key strategy for the production engineering support team focuses on automation tools that enable the management of a larger enterprise footprint. The team employs a combination of in-house and industry-standard tools for configuration and application deployment solutions.

The team adds significant value during the release process, ensuring that quality software is delivered in a timely manner. Principal Responsibilities

Become a subject matter expert for the Trade Flow, Post-trade, Equity Volatility applications (Risk management / market data management / PnL / Pricing / Analytics) in the region. Knowledge of Equities and Equity Derivatives products (Options, Futures, Swaps, OTC products). Support and monitor the production environment. Build working relationships with trading groups, Middle Office, and Back Office teams, being the primary contact in the region for any issue escalations. Liaise with various Development teams globally to coordinate and participate in software/new version releases. Work with global counterparts to provide seamless global coverage. Solve technical application-related issues, independently where possible or leveraging teammates as necessary. Manage communications to the trading staff and internal stakeholders regarding issue/resolution. Uplift environment management tools to reduce risk and streamline efficiency of Support team. Assist with automating processes to achieve efficiency and streamlined trade support. Document and create new knowledge base to provide the most effective solutions to various issues. Qualifications And Skills Required

Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferably in a computer science related subject). Experience with SQL, Linux, Python, and shell scripting technologies. Must have a minimum of 4 years' experience working with Equities and Equity derivatives. Experience in Risk management / market data management / PnL / Pricing / Analytics Application support preferred. Experience with Glue42, REST API, Dockers, Redis real-time database. Experience with version control systems (GIT a plus). Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others. Support orientated; able to manage trader's expectations and follow up accordingly. Able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment; good sense of urgency.
