The Quant Trading team is responsible for executing trades and managing risks associated with derivative products, such as options, futures, and swaps. The team develops and implements trading strategies to support the quantitative trading team in making informed decisions in fast-paced and complex trading environments.
Responsibilities
Support delta-one trading operation and ensure risk protocols are properly enforced Perform ad-hoc scripting (Python) upon trading desk's request Optimize strategy parameters for a variety of strategies based on market conditions and/or trading desk's requirements Manage research and analytic projects to contribute to our automated crypto trading business including flow, liquidity and other strategies Requirements
Must have 3 years of experience in the crypto industry. Programming experience in Python/JAVA/C++ and familiar with working in a LINUX environment (3y+) Energetic individual with desire to push the research in new and unknown directions while maintaining clarity of purpose and taking ownership of strategies and risks Strong mathematical thinking and numerical analysis skills Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail and excellent organization skills
