We have an exciting opportunity for a Tradesperson to join our Retail team covering Central and Southern England. Your role will be to provide expert maintenance within stores, reacting to requests for urgent repairs in order to ensure a safe environment for our customers and colleagues. You will work closely with Health & Safety and our Maintenance teams to complete work timeously and to a high standard. You will also liaise with store teams in relation to timescales for completion and working with them to reduce risks in order to remain fully operational. This role will require you being able to travel across the Southern Region with ideally your base in Tewkesbury. Responsibilities

To undertake repairs within stores timeously and to the best possible standard Advising on best course of action for long lasting results Liaising with our maintenance team in order to plan work and order parts Working closely with Health & Safety and Store Operations to ensure the safety of our customers and colleagues Working proactively to resolve maintenance issues within stores Clean fascia’s, entrance halls, plant areas and interiors Renew and replace signage for POS Replace and repair fixtures, fittings and plant benches Replace toilets and sinks Reporting any risks to Health & Safety immediately Mentoring junior members of the team and ensuring they are compliant with processes Communicating with Store management in relation to repairs, timescales and issues identified, in order to ensure store operations are not impacted Maintenance of tools and equipment Safe storage of hazardous chemicals Ensuring PPE is worn as appropriate to prevent accidents Provide regular feedback to the Head of Construction & Maintenance on progress Measures of Success

Maintenance repairs are undertaken timeously and to a high standard Store Operations are able to run smoothly with minimal impact on our customers Health & Safety standards are maintained There is effective communication with store teams and maintenance colleagues and there is a “one team” approach to resolving problems Stores look clean and equipment is in good working order Demonstrate our values at all times – we’re one team, getting better everyday.
