What you'll do Your key accountabilities will include: Deliver the operating plan, by driving sales and market share within deli. Deliver profit growth through driving the Lowering Costs programme and managing key costs. Ensure all categories within your cluster deliver the ranging critical path accurately and on time. Lead your category team to build and communicate a strategy to your Head of Trading, which will achieve the goals set out by the Food Group. Lead an inclusive, high-performing team through strategic guidance, collaboration, and a culture that values diversity and individual strengths. Who you are Your skills and experience will include: Relevant category and commercial experience. Strong negotiation skills with proven strategic and analytical abilities.
