Key responsibilities of this role: Responsible for the day to day management of trading media for OOH campaigns across our portfolio of clients. Supports a Trading Account Director on key accounts. Option and buy campaigns as instructed by the Planning Teams. Negotiate with Media Owners to obtain the best overall package for our clients ie price, distribution, quality, research and added value. Using Excel to track, reconcile and report buying outcomes. Learn and understand the OOH landscape across the UK. Meet with Media Owners on a regular basis. Undertake client site tours for clients and agencies. Provide guidance to the vendors about digital developments. Develop effective OOH solutions across your portfolio of clients. Someone who wants to develop their buying and negotiation skills within this exciting and growing sector. Someone who wants to grow and learn from an experienced team. Someone who is interested in getting involved in the wider Kinetic initiatives - helping with training, forums, agency initiatives (Green Team, Team Roots, Team Pride, Team Enable, Mental Health Allies) and events. We’d really like it if you had: GCSEs – to include English Language and Maths (Grades 6 and above) and A-Levels (or equivalent standard). Good understanding and use of MS Office /Windows – Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience in a media buying environment.
