Trading Manager , where you'll lead strategies to optimise revenue, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth across key digital platforms. Key Responsibilities : Balance

conversion rate, average order value (AOV) , and cross-sell strategies to maximise profitability. Create innovative

attachment rate strategies

to boost revenue while safeguarding core product sales. Plan and execute the

multichannel trading calendar , including discounting, merchandising, and campaigns, while leading stakeholders to success. Analyse customer behaviours and market conditions to develop tailored products and bundles. Lead

weekly trading meetings , identifying challenges and opportunities, and implementing action plans to ensure P&L delivery. Collaborate with paid media and SEO teams to execute effective channel strategies, focusing on high-priority markets. Deliver in-depth performance analysis across total, airport, and supplier levels, implementing corrective actions to optimise profitability. Develop and execute optimal e-commerce strategies, driving

year-on-year growth

in conversion rate, average transaction value (ATV), revenue, and profitability. Manage and develop one or more

E-commerce Executives , ensuring their growth and alignment with business objectives. What We’re Looking For : A proven track record in e-commerce trading and performance optimisation.
