What You'll Be Doing: Perform detailed inspections, servicing, and repairs on trailers, maintaining the highest standards of safety and functionality. Accurately and efficiently complete all compliance documentation. Diagnose and resolve issues using EBS systems such as HALDEX, WABCO, and KNORR BREMSE. Participate in ongoing product and industry training, including IRTEC, tail lift, BPW & SAF axle/brake training to continuously develop your expertise. Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting tight deadlines. Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and secure work environment. Consistently uphold and demonstrate TIP values and behaviours. Who We’re Looking For: Semi-Trailer or Heavy Vehicle experience. Industry standard qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQs. HGV Class 1 driving licence. IRTEC accreditation. EBS diagnostics experience, including Knorr Bremse, Haldex, and WABCO systems. Welding certification. Training or experience with axle manufacturers such as BPW, SAF, or JOST. Tail lift training and experience. Double deck or lifting deck maintenance experience.
