The Job Role Details: Are you a skilled Mechanic looking for stability, growth, and great benefits? Join this well-established company in the West Midlands as a Trailer Workshop Mechanic Fitter and be part of a dedicated team maintaining commercial, equestrian, and leisure trailers. Key Responsibilities: You will… Service, repairs and maintain heavy equipment, all new/used trailer prep, mechanical servicing and minor fabrication of trailers. Meet and exceed monthly retail targets and set KPIs. Maintain a detailed understanding of the company products and services. Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity. Foster strong relationships with customers to maximise repeat business. Manage and maintain inventory stock levels within the dealership. Attend and participate in all training sessions and meetings for personal development. Work in collaboration with other team members to manage leads and ensure the best possible customer experience. Confident with producing videos for customers explaining repairs required. Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications: You will have / be… Workshop experience working on similar equipment. Prior experience repairing trailers or vehicles would be an advantage. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed efficiency in the workshop. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding customer service skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good organisational and time-management skills.
