As a Trainee Architectural Technologist, you will be an integral and supporting part of the architectural design team. Qualifications & Experience:

The successful candidate will have: 5 GCSEs including Maths and English or equivalent at Grade 4 (or C) or above Ability to work in a team, with colleagues across different offices and departments Understanding of Architectural Technology and potential career pathways Previous experience in AutoCAD and Revit software is advantageous, but not essential Key Duties:

Learn and assist with various tasks, including the preparation of technical drawings, drafting specifications, assisting with site visits, researching building regulations, and supporting with project documentation. Develop proficiency in CAD & design software: Trainees will likely receive training and practice using industry-standard software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. Contribute to project communication and coordination, including contribution to attending meetings, taking notes, and communicating with different stakeholders. Preparation of plans using computer aided design (CAD) software Ensure that all architectural information is clear and is available/issued to all departments/external bodies Carry out design-stage risk assessments Benefits:
