The successful candidate will have: 5 GCSEs including Maths and English or equivalent at Grade 4 (or C) or above Ability to work in a team, with colleagues across different offices and departments Understanding of Architectural Technology and potential career pathways Previous experience in AutoCAD and Revit software is advantageous, but not essential Key Duties:
Learn and assist with various tasks, including the preparation of technical drawings, drafting specifications, assisting with site visits, researching building regulations, and supporting with project documentation. Develop proficiency in CAD & design software: Trainees will likely receive training and practice using industry-standard software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. Contribute to project communication and coordination, including contribution to attending meetings, taking notes, and communicating with different stakeholders. Preparation of plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Ensure that all architectural information is clear and available/issued to all departments/external bodies.
