Actively and tenaciously seek out new business opportunities via sales, cold calling, networking events and identifying opportunities. Prepare, submit, follow up and report on quotations. Promptly respond to customer requests, in a professional and efficient manner, providing an exceptional customer service. Provide technical specialist back-up to the sales team. Shadow senior sales members to learn about the day-to-day role, including external sales meetings with new prospects and existing customers. Support the sales team fully with day-to-day sales activities, including telesales, marketing activities helping to deliver and improve brand awareness across social media platforms. Your Background & Skill:
No experience necessary as full training is provided. However, if you have telesales experience this would be an advantage. Good communication skills – written and verbal. Ability to engage with customers face to face and via the telephone. Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload effectively. Willingness to learn and develop.
