Work with us We’re proud to announce our Trainee Centre Manager programme; a twelve-week course designed to give you everything you need to succeed in managing one of the UK’s leading fast fit centres. No industry experience? Not a problem. Our Technicians know autocare like the back of their hands. What we’re looking for is someone to coach them on delivering a premium, professional service. Someone that can understand our customers’ likes and dislikes. Someone that creates the boomerang effect – when customers come back thanks to the service you provide. So, our next intake of Trainee Centre Managers will already be ambitious people managers. They’ll know that customer happiness is the beating heart of any successful business, and how to motivate a team to feel the same way. In the first twelve weeks with us: you’ll spend time in our training academies, centres and online. Covering subjects from technical expertise to people management and commercials, you’ll be confident in no time. As we approach the final weeks, we’ll have you shadowing a manager, then co-managing, until you’re ready to call a centre your own. The Day to Day Here at Kwik Fit, our purpose couldn’t be more important: it’s keeping our customers happy and safe on the road. And, once you’ve completed the course, you’ll be leading your own centre doing exactly that. Service, repairs, MOTs and tyre fast-fit are just some of the things we do in our busy auto centres. You’ll take ownership of stock control and the commercials, guide customer happiness, and motivate the team to take pride in everything we do. Who we're looking for Proven managerial ability in any industry; automotive, retail, hospitality etc. Able to learn new processes quickly. Able to manage a team’s work schedule. Able to instil a real customer focus in your team. A motivational, coaching-based approach to team development. The Perks Competitive training salary for the first twelve weeks, upgrading to full Centre Manager salary with monthly bonus structure on completion of the course. 29 days holidays, increasing with service. Generous staff discounts for you and your family. Discounts at other major retailers, restaurants, holidays and much more. Life assurance policy, with digital GP and wellbeing support for you and your family. Award-winning training and development, with fantastic career prospects in the UK’s leading auto care provider. About us Everyone knows Kwik Fit for tyres, but these days we do a whole lot more. We’ve got over 600 centres with some of the most highly skilled technicians in the UK. Servicing, MOTs, tyre fast-fit – whatever comes our way. We’re ready to save the day for customers who need us at the drop of a hat. That’s what it’s all about for us – being there for customers. We’re heroes to our local communities. That’s why we say, ‘you can’t get better’. Apply
