What’s the role? We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated entry level compliance analyst to join the Risk & Compliance team at Lumon, reporting to the Senior Compliance Manager, London. The Risk & Compliance team operates within the second line of defence and plays a vital role in protecting our customers and Lumon, working closely with all areas of the business. As a versatile and driven Compliance Analyst, you will get great exposure to develop your compliance knowledge and skills, playing an important role to support the delivery of the Group’s compliance plan. It's an exciting time to join Lumon, with the industry experiencing vast amounts of regulatory change! This role would be a great opportunity for someone with a keen interest in financial services compliance, willingness to learn and not afraid to roll their sleeves up. You can expect to get stuck in with; Supporting the Risk & Compliance Team:

Assist the team in completing activities on the Group’s Compliance Plan. Expect to learn and get exposure to activities such as assurance testing, horizon scanning and audit support. Compliance Advisory:

Support the team to review and sign off on compliant marketing material, complaint responses and other compliance matters where required. Training:

Support the team with the design and delivery of the Compliance training curriculum and staff education campaigns to enhance the Compliance Culture throughout the organisation. Regulatory Reporting:

Help support the team with regulatory reporting in a timely and accurate manner. Horizon Scanning:

Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments and support drafting compliance reports. What you’ll have: Keen attention to detail and analytical skills Self-Starter with an ability to use own initiative Eagerness and willingness to learn Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with the team and colleagues Great organisational skills with an ability to manage priorities in an effective way Demonstrable experience or interest through an internship in financial services compliance is a bonus.
