Days for 3 months for full training, then onto 4on/4off Days The Opportunity: This is an incredible opportunity for an electrically biased maintenance engineer looking to step up into a Controls Engineer role. You will be able to fault find on PLCs currently and have some knowledge of ladder/function blocks. The main PLCs on site are Mitsubishi, but they are looking for someone who has experience with any PLCs. There will be 3 months of hands-on training from the Controls Manager working days Monday – Friday. This role will then change to a 4on/4off DAYS shift pattern. Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of experience working as an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer Level 3 qualified in electrical at least; HNC desirable Ability to fault find on PLCs – understanding of ladder/function blocks Any electrical maintenance engineer from a manufacturing environment welcome – FMCG, food, plastic, packaging, pharmaceutical, foundry, brick, distribution, automotive, metals, etc.
