Cover Supervisor - January 2025 Are you a recent college graduate or contemplating a career in education? Want to gain classroom experience working as a Cover Supervisor and get a feel for teaching? Your role involves: Create and maintain a positive learning environment. Engaging with students and facilitating productive class sessions. Controlling the classroom's behaviour in line with the school's behaviour policy. Presenting a lesson with the resources provided (you don't actually need to know about the subject). We offer competitive pay ranging from £110-£130 per day PAYE, Monday to Friday, with flexible days to accommodate your availability. Whether you can commit to a full week or just a few days, we'll work with your schedule. Requirements: Experience working with young people aged 11-16 (preferred). A Levels in relevant subjects. Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional references. Legal right to work in the UK. No prior teaching experience is necessary, but enthusiasm, communication skills, and a minimum of A Levels (preferably in English, Maths, Science, Business, Drama, Psychology, Humanities, or Sports) are desired.
