Our client, a leading business in the Financial Services industry, is looking for a

Trainee Customer Service Administrator

to join their team in Tunbridge Wells on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to growth, our client is looking to add a Trainee Customer Service Administrator to their team, where you will be the first point of contact for their clients and customers, answering questions and queries whilst providing advice on their services.

This is the ideal role for someone to get their foot in the door of a successful business as your first job as a Trainee Customer Service Administrator, whether you have recently finished and left education, are working in Retail or Hospitality and are looking for your first office-based role, or someone with previous customer service and administration experience looking for a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for any customer queries, questions or concerns, both over the phone, webchat and via email. Manage administration tasks effectively. Work closely with other departments across the organization. Ensure a high level of customer service and communication is maintained with clients at all times. Update and maintain internal systems and databases. Manage diaries. Build and maintain relationships with other colleagues across the business.

Key Experience:

Excellent communication and customer service skills, both face to face and over the phone. Previous experience in a customer-service related role such as Hospitality or Retail. Previous administration experience is advantageous. Computer literate, able to learn and pick up new systems fast. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Great attitude and willingness to learn.
