The role involves addressing a 'Merged Identity' issue where the identities for more than one individual are linked together, causing data from separate individuals to display under one profile. The client Level 2 team applies a data fix to resolve this issue and split the individuals apart, following direction from the Identity Operations (IDOps) team, who provide the necessary guidance before final approval is granted by the Common Services Data Platform (CSDP). Experience Required
Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn and interest in developing and delivering leading-edge technologies while working in high-pressure scenarios. Understanding of data tools such as Postman and graph visualization software. An understanding of business processes around enrollments and immigration history would be a significant bonus.
