Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support strategic business decisions. Work closely with senior data analysts and stakeholders to develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide meaningful insights. Support data quality initiatives by identifying and resolving inconsistencies, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the data. Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. Collaborate with different teams to gather data requirements and help deliver actionable insights that contribute to improving overall business performance. Contribute to the automation of data processes to streamline reporting and analysis activities. Ideal Candidate:

A recent graduate with a degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. A strong analytical mindset and a passion for working with data to solve complex problems. Basic understanding of SQL, Excel, or other data analysis tools, with a desire to develop these skills further. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends and anomalies in data sets. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders. A proactive and curious attitude, eager to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently when required.
