A strong analytical mindset and a passion for working with data to solve complex problems. Basic understanding of SQL, Excel, or other data analysis tools, with a desire to develop these skills further. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends and anomalies in data sets. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders. A proactive and curious attitude, eager to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently when required.
