We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Trainee Dental Nurse to join our professional and welcoming team on a full or part time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, comprehensive training, and mentorship in a progressive dental environment. As a Trainee Dental Nurse, you will work closely with our skilled dental professionals, assisting in delivering exceptional care to our patients. Key Responsibilities: Assist dentists and hygienists during a variety of dental procedures. Prepare and sterilise instruments while maintaining a clean and organised surgery. Provide reassurance and support to patients throughout their appointments. Ensure patient records and documentation are accurately maintained. Adhere to infection control and health and safety protocols. Occasionally support reception duties, including booking appointments and handling queries. Commit to ongoing professional development by completing your dental nurse qualification. Requirements: A passion for patient care and a desire to build a career in dental nursing. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. A positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new methods and technologies. Commitment to enrol in and complete an approved dental nursing qualification. Basic IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling. Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination (or at least the first dose). Enrolment confirmation for an approved dental nursing course.
