Support, coach, and mentor your team
Support the General Manager and work together to create and deliver your vision
Ensure standards and compliance are continuous in the General Manager's absence
Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests
To be considered for the Deputy Manager position at Barley Mow, you must be 18 or over as the role involves the sale of alcohol.

We serve a great variety of food and drink for great prices, as well as showing live sport on our 8 screens. We are a true local favorite.
