Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Director to lead our organisation towards achieving its strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills. This role requires an individual who can effectively supervise teams, manage resources, and drive operational excellence while fostering a positive work environment. Duties Develop and implement strategic plans to meet organisational objectives. Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Supervise departmental managers and ensure alignment with company goals. Lead and motivate teams to enhance productivity and performance. Manage stakeholder relationships to promote collaboration and support for initiatives. Evaluate operational processes and implement improvements for efficiency. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organisational policies. Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences to enhance visibility. Requirements Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Director or similar position. Strong financial management skills with the ability to analyse complex data. Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team development and performance management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
