As we expand our team to manage a new contract within hospitals, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join us. You will be based at our Basildon office and report there each morning, so you must be within commutable distance to Basildon. You will also share driving responsibilities with other operatives. We are seeking a dedicated Hygiene Operative to join our team. The role involves cleaning filters throughout hospitals in Watford and Hemel Hempstead daily. You will start your day early, around 6-7am, and work approximately 6.5-7 hours on-site, with a short drive between hospitals. Each day, you will walk between every water outlet within the buildings and perform a simple clean on each filter. Due to the nature of the job, you will need to be physically fit and able to get into small spaces. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily cleaning of filters at all water outlets within the hospitals. Work on a rotational basis, ensuring no one works more than 5 days a week. Be available for weekend work on a rotational basis. Take on overtime opportunities and additional shifts as needed. Drive between hospital sites and potentially other locations as required. Requirements: No prior experience needed; a trades background at a junior level or recent NVQ graduates are welcome, or just a hardworking, genuine person looking for a good career in a good industry and company. Must be over 21 years old (for insurance purposes). Must have a valid driving license. Flexibility to start as early as 6am or as late as 2pm, with hours agreed in advance on a rota. Punctuality, a can-do attitude, and physical fitness are essential. Benefits: Competitive salary with potential earnings up to £35,000 with overtime.
