Trainee Financial Planner - Banstead We are working with a superb wealth management firm based in Banstead, Surrey who have the opportunity for a Trainee Financial Planner to join their team. They are offering the chance to train with their team to become a fully qualified adviser. You will receive learning support and hands-on experience, where you will be in control of how quickly you would like to progress as an adviser. Responsibilities: Working closely with the administration team to help gather policy information. Assisting with projects, such as Mifid annual reviews, client campaigns, and annual portfolio rebalances. Helping Advisers write reports, including annual review letters and client suitability reports. Speaking directly to clients and conducting client reviews. Generating and converting opportunities into business. Experience and Qualifications: Must have been studying for exams towards being an IFA or be fully qualified. Prior financial services industry experience is preferred. Proficient in Excel, Word, etc. Keen to advance quickly by working hard. Good communication skills: phone, face-to-face, and written. Study support is available. Must hold a driving license. This is a 2-3 year programme with support for examinations to achieve fully qualified IFA status.
