Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct advice to the public. Undertake casework on social welfare law issues. Participate in various projects and services.
Minimum Requirements:
You must be a trained Gateway Assessor. Have an understanding of the advice needs and issues of the local community in a diverse inner-city area. Understand, empathise with, and be committed to the Service’s aims, principles, and equal opportunities policies.
