£20,820-£23,000 per annum depending on experience Hours:

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with 1 hour for lunch each day unpaid. Working pattern:

Office based What's on offer: The AAT qualification and further study to become a fully qualified accountant with the CIMA professional diploma or equivalent dependent upon preference. An opportunity to gain professional qualifications in the Insolvency field. Key duties/responsibilities: Creating and maintaining cases on a bespoke case management system; Administration of client/office ledgers and deposit accounts; Daily Bank Reconciliations of clients; Posting daily transactions on clients; Completing VAT returns for Clients; Completing processing of receipts and payment for case bank accounting using transfers via online banking; Payments of dividends via cheque and online banking; Opening and closing bank accounts for clients; Reconciling client accounts; Filing and General Housekeeping; Raising and processing Bills; Data input of sales and purchases in the company accounts system. Skills and experience required: Three A levels (or equivalent) at grade 6/B or above together with Maths and English GCSE's at grade 5/C and above (or equivalent); Must be numerate and computer literate; Have good communication skills both verbal and written; Be trustworthy, reliable and punctual; Be adaptable with the ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
