We are looking for a number of individuals to become trainee installation engineers, to learn to install, test, and commission dormakaba’s range of automatic door systems. These projects can include high-profile, blue-chip construction and refurbishment projects in the commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors. Whilst engaging in the practical, hands-on training we would provide you with, we would be looking for you to complete the industry standard Power Pedestrian Door Apprenticeship, a 2-year program resulting in industry-recognised certification and qualification. This is a seldom available opportunity to enter a challenging and rewarding industry, giving you a chance to be a key part of delivering dormakaba’s business plan and growth in the UK. AN EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: YOUR SKILLS

Previous industry experience is not essential; however, if you have transferable electromechanical qualifications or experience, that would be of benefit. To be considered you need: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivation with a desire to learn A can-do attitude and a flexible approach to work Level 2 English and Maths or be willing to achieve this as part of your qualification A full UK driver's licence with no more than 3 penalty points A WORKPLACE THAT MATTERS: OUR OFFERING
