Job Title: Trainee Insurance Advisor - 23 - 28k (Salary is negotiable DOE) Location: POOLE (Parkstone) Job Description: Are you looking for an opportunity to launch your career in the insurance industry? As a Trainee Insurance Advisor you will: Engage with people, building relationships, and understanding their unique needs. Excel at crafting tailored solutions through problem-solving. Handle new business, policy issuance, adjustments, and renewals. Assist customers in selecting the most suitable insurance policies. Work towards individual and branch KPIs and sales targets. Fulfill any other duties as required by the business. Requirements: No prior insurance experience necessary; we offer full training for the right candidate. Demonstrated commitment to providing high levels of customer service. Professionalism, diligence, and composure under pressure. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and meet tight deadlines.
