Renewals Team – Trainee Insurance Broker – Ambitious Independent Broker
This is a unique opportunity to join our successful Renewals Team as a Trainee with on-the-job training. This would involve gaining an understanding of inviting policies, researching schemes to provide our clients with the best possible terms, and looking out for opportunities while learning the administrative processes involved.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities will include:
Master inbound calls, live chat, and emails like a pro
Spot and suggest new product lines to help our clients
Guide clients through the renewal process with ease
Collaborate with Underwriters and team members to get the best results for our clients
Stay on top of daily tasks to ensure compliance is always spot-on

Knowledge of using Microsoft office

Math’s and English GCSE grade 5/C or above minimum
Self-motivated and thrives under pressure
