Are you ready to launch your career in trusts and estates while building a strong foundation in legal support? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Estate Planning Team as a Trainee Legal Support (Trusts and Estates). This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work alongside seasoned professionals, and deepen your understanding of estate planning, trust law, and private client work.

About the Role As part of the Estate Planning Team, you will support professionals, clients, and in-house teams in a variety of areas, including wills, trusts, taxation, and estate administration. This is a diverse and rewarding position where you will: Provide technical and legal support to external partners and in-house teams, including trust management, conveyancing, and probate teams. Advise on estate planning documents, trust management, and the legal implications of asset transfers and property transactions. Act as a professional trustee, chairing meetings and guiding clients. Assist in drafting and reviewing complex legal documents such as Deeds of Variation and Trusts of Land. Deliver training sessions on estate planning topics to external partners. Conduct research into trust law and estate planning issues to support client queries and develop practical guidance materials.

What We're Looking For We are seeking candidates who are: Highly organized with exceptional communication and administrative skills. Detail-oriented and eager to learn new processes and legal concepts. Motivated to expand their technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities. Team players with a proactive mindset and a strong work ethic. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Previous experience in a legal or paralegal role is an advantage but not essential. Most importantly, we value enthusiasm, curiosity, and a commitment to learning.
