Callout Engineer

looking to achieve their

NVQ Level 4

and progress to a

Lift Technician

role within the company, covering the West End of London. Role Overview: As a Callout Engineer, you will respond to lift breakdowns, carrying out fault diagnosis and repairs to restore lift operations. This role offers the chance to develop your skills, work towards your NVQ Level 4, and progress to a Lift Technician position. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to lift breakdowns and service calls. Diagnose faults and perform repairs to lift systems. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of all work completed. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Requirements: NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualification. Experience in lift maintenance and callout response. Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Full UK driving license (if opting for the van route). What We Offer: 25 days' annual leave

or complete the role as a

walking route
