About the Role

As a Trainee Machine Setter, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals to develop the skills required to operate and maintain manufacturing machines. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring smooth production processes, adhering to safety standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain manufacturing machines under supervision during training. Monitor product quality, ensuring it meets required standards. Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets. Contribute ideas for improving efficiency and processes.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates at the start of their manufacturing career who demonstrate a willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.

Essential Attributes

Strong attention to detail and focus on quality. Desire to develop technical skills in a hands-on role. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Positive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Desirable (but not essential)

Experience with machinery or production processes. A background or interest in engineering or manufacturing.
