is a national charity committed to building diverse mass audiences, showcasing the best new work and developing underrepresented talent in poetry. The trainee will provide marketing and administrative support towards Forward’s national flagship projects: National Poetry Day and the Forward Prizes for Poetry. The trainee will creatively shape NPD and Forward Prizes’ social media, leading community growth whilst working closely with some of the UK’s highest-quality established and emerging poets. Key activities
Overseeing company social media channels, including Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant platforms Creating dynamic written, graphic, and video content Working with the Head of Programme and external marketing specialists and agencies to manage social media of large projects, events, and community management Writing and distributing e-newsletters to subscribers Managing general inboxes and incoming queries Supporting logistics on organisation-wide meetings Skills and Experience Required
