You'll start your career within the financial services administration team, learning the ropes and back-office elements to the industry, then progressing into an adviser once you're ready. Key Activities:
Proactively progressing Mortgage & Protection applications through to completion. Data entry of Mortgage & Protection applications. Regular liaison with lenders, providers, solicitors and clients to obtain updates and ensure a smooth process from start to finish. Ensuring all documents are uploaded and communications are recorded on the appropriate systems within network timescales. Dealing with incoming calls, emails and post. Training and development provided to help progress into an Adviser role.
Competencies: Planning and organisational skills Exceptional service to customers Very strong communication skills with the desire to be in a sales-based role in the future Reliable and committed
