Role Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in mortgage advice with full training and support provided. Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior advisors in providing mortgage and protection advice to clients. Conduct initial client fact-finding and build strong client relationships. Develop knowledge of mortgage products, protection policies, and the lending process. Ensure all advice and recommendations comply with regulations and company standards. Work towards obtaining relevant qualifications to become a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor. Key Requirements:
A strong interest in the property and financial services industry. 12-24 months experience as a mortgage paraplanner or trainee advisor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated with a willingness to learn and develop. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Benefits:
