Due to growth, they are looking to recruit a Trainee Mortgage Advisor.
The role offers full training and development. In 2-3 years, the successful applicant will be put through their Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMap) exams, which is the industry's professional qualification.
Salary: £19,500 - £23,000 with increases as you progress through qualifications. Once qualified, high rates of commission are payable.
Duties:
Administering mortgages to offer stage Establishing and maintaining relationships with Estate Agency introducers Researching mortgage facilities and placing cases with lenders Eventually moving on to telephoning warm leads and making appointments Finally, carrying out mortgage and protection appointments and arranging mortgages Skills and Experience Required:
Candidates will be bright, enthusiastic, outgoing, and personable As a minimum, educated to a good academic A level standard Motivated to work to targets Able to work in a compliant manner within a pressurised environment
