Salary:
£24,000 Plus Commission (Salary increase and review after Probation Period) Benefits: Company pension On-site parking Schedule: Monday to Friday This role is 100% office based within Camberley. We are looking for an individual with the commitment and motivation to start with the administration foundations, learning on the job, leading to fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor status. The role comes with full guidance and support which makes this a really unique position for someone who wants to kick start their career within the Financial Services Industry. Key responsibilities include: Prepare and manage client files in respect of mortgage and protection applications Fully participate in identifying new business opportunities (Shadowing Mortgage & Protection Advisors) Ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines Progressing through to interviewing and advising clients Undertake regular training and take responsibility for continuing professional development Adhere to industry regulation and legislation guidelines as set down by the Financial Conduct Authority and other regulatory bodies Existing full CeMap qualification is preferred but not crucial; however, experience in the financial services industry is an advantage. Further training and professional qualifications are supported. You will be based in the company's Camberley office although travel for external appointments will sometimes be required, and therefore a full clean driving license will be necessary.
