What You’ll Do: Assist in the creation of custom orthotic devices, including foot orthoses, braces, and prosthetics Work with materials like plastics, leather, and foam to bring designs to life Ensure every device meets the highest standards of quality and precision Collaborate with senior technicians on troubleshooting and repairs Maintain a clean, organized workshop environment Follow health and safety guidelines to stay compliant with industry standards What We’re Looking For: A genuine interest in healthcare or a related field Exceptional manual dexterity and a keen eye for detail A natural problem solver who can follow technical instructions with ease Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team A positive, eager-to-learn attitude that will help you thrive in a hands-on role Prior technical experience is a plus but not required – we’re more focused on your passion and potential!
