We specialise in providing top-quality parts and exceptional service to our valued trade customers. As a Trainee Parts Sales Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our local B2B business, providing expert advice and ensuring our customers have everything they need to succeed. As a Trainee Parts Sales Specialist, you’ll receive full training both in-house and manufacturer. Your primary responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service to our trade customers, building strong relationships based on trust and expertise. Delivering parts to customers as part of the first 12 months of employment to gain experience. Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate parts and accessories. Assisting customers in finding the right products, providing detailed product information, and offering suitable alternatives when necessary. Processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers. Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction. Resolving customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product range, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Requirements: Previous experience in automotive parts or a sales role is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and achieving results. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
