Dalton Pharmacy is seeking a Trainee Pharmacy Technician (Apprenticeship Pathway) Dalton Pharmacy is a friendly, independent pharmacy located in Huddersfield. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and undertake the Buttercups Trainee Pharmacy Technician (Apprenticeship Pathway). This is a great opportunity to gain the skills and knowledge you need to become a qualified pharmacy technician. The apprenticeship will provide you with a blend of classroom-based learning and on-the-job training. You will learn about all aspects of pharmacy, including dispensing medication, providing customer care, and maintaining pharmacy records. Support licensed pharmacy technicians in daily operations, including inventory management and prescription preparation. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Engage with patients to address inquiries and provide information about medications and health products. Participate in training sessions to enhance pharmacy technician skills and knowledge. Qualifications Strong patient care skills Knowledge of medication administration procedures Ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and safety Job Types:
