The Role Be a key part of our dynamic team by ensuring the seamless operation of machinery during your shift. This is a hands-on, rewarding role where you can make a tangible impact on production efficiency while embracing opportunities for professional growth. Hours of work - 3 Shift Rotation (including night shift) Key Tasks of the Role Champion Health & Safety:

Uphold and adhere to all Health & Safety protocols and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements to foster a safe and inclusive workplace. Promote Best Practices:

Maintain and improve on established best working practices, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency. Collaborate & Communicate:

Promptly report any non-conformities to the Team Leader, supporting a culture of transparency and continuous improvement. Develop Your Expertise:

Gain valuable knowledge and skills in:

Paper awareness and material understanding; Ink matching, color technology, and management; Machine settings, troubleshooting, and problem-solving; Optimizing production efficiency.

Maintain Excellence:

Take ownership of machine housekeeping and maintenance, ensuring a clean and efficient working environment. Uphold Standards:

Conduct regular quality control checks in alignment with ISO requirements. Be Adaptable:

Undertake additional duties as needed, supporting your team and company goals. Embrace Continuous Improvement:

Work within the framework of all company certifications and actively participate in Health & Safety initiatives. Skills, Knowledge and Experience Experience:

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial, but we value a willingness to learn and grow above all. Technical Aptitude:

Familiarity with operating large-format pre-print presses or similar equipment is a plus, but we provide training for those eager to develop their technical skills. Attention to Detail:

A meticulous eye for color, strong technical ability, and a methodical approach to tasks. Team Spirit:
