What the role involves

  • Supporting Project Managers in tracking project milestones and monitoring daily progress.
  • Assisting with managing project schedules, forecasting production and coordinating simultaneous projects.
  • Learn and use project management software to maintain timelines.
  • Supporting the management of scope changes, client requests and variation orders.
  • Coordinating communication between engineering, commercial teams, subcontractors and other departments.
  • Maintain tender documentation and project reports.

Skills and requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BEng) in Engineering, Energy, Science or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Interest or familiarity with the energy, oil & gas, offshore, or energy transition sectors.
