growing independent company based in Ashford, Surrey as a Trainee Recruiter. CMS can offer the successful applicants in-house training programme to launch their Recruitment career, along with continued support and training to ensure their ongoing development and progression The Trainee Recruiter will be required to carry out the following duties: Resourcing and identifying candidates for varied roles Liaising with Clients, Candidates and suppliers Developing new and existing business’s Confirming interview/ starts Building working relationships with both Clients + Candidates Networking with connections Attending site visits Skills The successful Trainee Recruiter will be required to have strong organisation skills, used to dealing with reactive work, is confident in making calls and a good telephone manor displaying customer service skills.
