Requirements

Learn and understand the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to managing client relationships. Assist in identifying and attracting candidates with a focus on AI roles within the Life Sciences sector. Support senior consultants in conducting market research to understand industry trends and job market dynamics. Engage with candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry events. Participate in candidate screening and interview processes, gaining hands-on experience in the recruitment cycle. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
