Our Newcastle branch is currently looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the established Construction desk! You will focus on Trades and Labour recruitment across the North East, building a strong reputation as a trusted recruitment partner for our existing clients while developing new business opportunities and relationships. Contacting new and existing clients to generate new opportunities through B2B sales calls, meetings and using LinkedIn Negotiating fees and rates with clients to ensure you are maximising your commercial output Managing client accounts and becoming their preferred recruitment partner by regular service reviews, and on-site meetings to set agreed SLAs and discuss job profiles Writing engaging job adverts and using social media to source the best talent Sourcing candidates using industry-leading job boards and carrying out interviews Carrying out compliance checks ensuring they have the correct right to work Maintaining regular contact with both candidates and clients To find out more, click apply today!
