360 recruitment model . You will be offered
full training and development from their experienced management team . In this role you will be responsible for
identifying and contacting new clients
that have requirements for Cyber & Information Security staff within the UK & Europe. Then sourcing the ideal candidates through a mixture of advertising, head hunting and using their highly developed candidate database. Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salaries, and hiring strategies. Stay up-to-date with developments in the legal sector to better understand client needs and candidate aspirations. Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Requirements: Good academics - 2:2 or above from University OR commercial exp.
