With different desks specializing in different areas, you will become an expert in that area. Their main desks are based around sourcing Accountancy and Tech professionals, meaning there is huge scope for you. Each consultant in the firm started as a trainee, and the management team is made up of 15 individuals with an average tenure of 7 years, showing that this is a company where people stay. The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant Starting salary of £28,500, which rises to £32,000 after your first promotion Uncapped commission scaling to 35% OTE in year one of £48k, year two of £57k, year three of £75k 4-week training programme delivered by the directors of the business, followed by regular mentoring from your manager 2 annual holiday incentives - one is a company target and the whole team goes skiing if it’s hit!
