Each consultant in the firm started as a trainee, and the management team is made up of 15 individuals with an average tenure of 7 years, showing that this is a company where people stay. The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant Starting salary of £28,500, which rises to £32,000 after your first promotion Uncapped commission scaling to 35% OTE in year one of £48k, year two of £57k, year three of £75k 4-week training programme delivered by the directors of the business, followed by regular mentoring from your manager 2 annual holiday incentives - one is a company target and the whole team goes skiing if it’s hit!
